Banana Pancakes

Ingredients

– 2 ripe bananas – 2 eggs – 1/2 cup milk – 1 cup flour – 1 tbsp sugar – 1 tsp baking powder – 1/2 tsp cinnamon – 1 tsp vanilla extract – Pinch of salt – Butter or oil for cooking

Instructions

Mash the bananas in a bowl until smooth. Add eggs, milk, and vanilla, and mix well. Stir in sugar, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt.

Gradually mix in the flour until the batter is smooth and slightly thick. Make sure there are no lumps for even pancakes.

Heat a lightly greased non-stick pan over medium heat. Pour about 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake onto the hot pan.

Cook until bubbles form and edges look set, then flip and cook the other side until golden brown and cooked through.

Serve warm with syrup, fresh fruit, or a sprinkle of powdered sugar for extra flavor. These pancakes are soft, sweet, and kid-friendly.
