Banana Bread Recipe

– 3 ripe bananas – 1/2 cup melted butter – 3/4 cup sugar – 1 large egg, beaten – 1 tsp vanilla extract – 1 tsp baking soda – Pinch of salt – 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 4x8 inch loaf pan lightly with butter or non-stick spray.

In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas with a fork until smooth and creamy without lumps.

Stir the melted butter into the mashed bananas until fully combined for a rich, moist texture.

Add sugar, beaten egg, and vanilla extract; mix thoroughly to blend all the wet ingredients well.
