Add the flour mixture in parts, alternating with sour cream. Stir gently until just combined. Fold in nuts if using for extra texture and flavor.
Pour batter into the prepared Bundt pan and smooth the top. Bake for 50–60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Let the cake cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then invert onto a wire rack. Cool completely before serving. Dust with powdered sugar if desired.
