Banana Peanut Butter Toast

Ingredients

– 1 slice whole grain or multigrain bread – 1 tablespoon natural peanut butter – 1 medium ripe banana (sliced) – A pinch of cinnamon (optional) – A drizzle of honey (optional)

Instructions: Start by selecting a hearty slice of whole grain bread. Toast it in a toaster or on a pan until it’s golden brown and crispy on both sides.
