Chicken Crust Pizza

Ingredients

– 1 cup ground chicken breast – 1 egg – 1/4 cup grated Parmesan or mozzarella cheese – 1/2 tsp garlic powder – 1/2 tsp dried oregano – Salt and pepper to taste – 1/4 cup pizza sauce – 1/4 cup chopped bell peppers – 1/4 cup chopped onions – 1/4 cup shredded light mozzarella cheese – Jalapeños or olives (optional)

Instructions: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking tray with parchment paper and lightly grease it with olive oil or cooking spray.

In a bowl, combine ground chicken, egg, Parmesan, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix well until a sticky dough-like mix forms.

Spread the chicken mixture onto the tray in a round pizza shape, about 1/4 inch thick. Smooth the top using wet hands or a spatula.

Bake the crust for 18–20 minutes or until the edges are golden and the center is firm and fully cooked through.

Remove the crust from the oven and spread pizza sauce evenly over it. Then add onions, bell peppers, and other toppings of choice.

Sprinkle shredded mozzarella on top and return the pizza to the oven. Bake for another 8–10 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and melted.

Let it cool slightly, slice, and serve hot. This protein-rich pizza is perfect for a low-carb, fat-loss-friendly meal that satisfies cravings.
