Family Banana Nut Bread Recipe

– 3 ripe bananas, mashed – 1/2 cup melted butter – 1 cup sugar – 1 beaten egg – 1 tsp vanilla extract – 1 tsp baking soda – Pinch of salt – 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour – 1/2 cup chopped walnuts

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan. In a bowl, mix mashed bananas with melted butter until smooth.

Add sugar, beaten egg, and vanilla extract to the banana mixture. Stir until well combined. This forms the wet base for your bread.

In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mix, stirring just until incorporated.
