– 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts – 1 cup Caesar dressing – ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese – 4 sandwich buns
Place chicken breasts in a slow cooker and pour Caesar dressing evenly over them. Make sure the chicken is coated well to soak in the flavor.
Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours until the chicken is fully cooked and easy to shred with a fork.
Once cooked, shred the chicken inside the slow cooker using two forks. Stir well to mix it with the dressing and juices in the pot.
Add grated Parmesan cheese to the shredded chicken and stir. Let it sit for 5-10 minutes on warm so the cheese melts into the mixture.
Spoon the warm chicken mixture onto sandwich buns. Serve immediately with your favorite sides like chips, coleslaw, or a simple green salad.
