This schedule is subject to change without notice. You must stay up to date via MindBody and/or Instagram stories in order to view schedule changes, cancellations and teacher substitutes. New students please arrive 10 minutes early. Due to the nature + intimacy of our studio, we cannot accept any students who are more than 5 minutes late to class. All class bookings must be made prior to class via MindBody downloaded on your smartphone unless otherwise arranged. If you are unable to make a pre-booked class, you MUST cancel via MindBody to avoid a $25 no-show fee.
